Embracing the principles of Prairie design, this home is sculpted by the landscape itself, emerging organically from the site. Its terraced form steps gently westward, flowing with the natural contours of the land. To the east, a serene half-acre pond anchors the rear courtyard, lifting the main floor above in quiet elevation. Approaching down the one-way street, the residence reveals itself framed by a vibrant canopy of trees—where architecture and nature unite in harmonious balance.
Contemporary Prairie floor plan arrangement shapes the residence to create multiple layers of interaction between private and communal spaces. Anchored by a protective two-story front façade, the backyard transforms into a true sanctuary—offering serene privacy or an inviting setting for lively gatherings with friends.
