All-American

This unique, compact two-story modern cottage fits seamlessly into tight spaces. The All American, at 1,500 square feet, features soaring cathedral ceilings in the main living area, while the bedrooms nestle among the trees.

Barn Burner

The barn burner embodies one of the most straightforward forms in residential architecture. This modern interpretation at 1450 square feet, reimagines the barn’s simplicity, offering a fresh perspective on space and living. The front door compresses the entry, heightening the sense of expansiveness upon entry, where vaulted ceilings and expansive glazing open up to the landscape beyond.

Family Flow

This straightforward design creates a horizontal arrangement of rooms in a 2,100-square-foot residence that offers abundant views—from vaulted spaces overlooking the street to your own vegetative sanctuary off the rear of every room. The open family flow embraces an expansive, easygoing lifestyle.

Fire Line

This bold, undulating profile echoes the rhythms of the surrounding landscapes. At 1,750 square feet, the fire line unfolds in layers, each space offering a distinct mood—welcoming the bustle of gathering or the hush of solitude.

Rock Solid

A nod to the timeless Sears Roebuck cottage, this 1,300-square-foot residence. Rock solid is reinterpreted for modern living, with clean lines and a design that invites the outdoors in.

Smugglers Run

This quaint 1,000-square-foot A-frame compresses at the entrance, then expands into a light-filled sanctuary. Past the threshold of the smugglers run, the wooded hills unfold into view, immersing you in the landscape’s quiet beauty.
