A striking adaptive reuse project in Northwest Arkansas, The Plymouth transforms the region’s first all-concrete parking deck into a modern mixed-use hub. Featuring exposed steel structure, board-formed concrete, and a vibrant rooftop green space, the design blends industrial heritage with contemporary architecture. The result is a bold, deconstructionist-inspired landmark that redefines urban space through sustainability, transparency, and reinvention.
