Introduction
Concrete doesn’t forget—The Plymouth reimagines.
A striking adaptive reuse project in Northwest Arkansas, The Plymouth transforms the region’s first all-concrete parking deck into a modern mixed-use hub. Featuring exposed steel structure, board-formed concrete, and a vibrant rooftop green space, the design blends industrial heritage with contemporary architecture. The result is a bold, deconstructionist-inspired landmark that redefines urban space through sustainability, transparency, and reinvention.

Summary
Cibo Café is a compact yet character-rich adaptive reuse project that breathes new life into a former mill and gas station. Embracing the integrity of existing materials—exposed brick, raw concrete, and steel—the design allows the building’s industrial bones to speak clearly. Minimal interventions, including refined black steel frames and strategic structural reinforcement, honor the past while supporting a warm, modern café experience. An outdoor threshold softens the urban edge, creating a seamless transition from street to space. What emerges is a small but enduring landmark that connects memory, material, and community over a shared cup of coffee.
