Our story
A lifetime in the making
Architecture isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. Founder Eric Long grew up surrounded by construction, absorbing the intricacies of design from an early age. His journey began with a passion for landscape architecture, where he developed an appreciation for how built spaces interact with the natural world. Over time, that vision expanded, leading to a practice dedicated to fully integrated, meticulously curated design.
Eric Long, NCARB, AIA
Principal Architect
Eric started Phase Architecture (previously ELONG Architecture + Planning) in the summer of 2017 following his ten-year residency in San Francisco and north into Marin County. As the firm’s principal, Eric is involved in every facet and stage of the architectural process. He brings a lifelong understanding of the built environment and its effect on projects of all scopes and sizes.
Kyle Adams, AIA
Architectural Designer
Kyle joined Phase Architecture in the Fall of 2021 after working for another local firm and hasn’t looked back. Texas-born and raised, but calls Northwest Arkansas home with his wife and two black dogs. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Arkansas with a Minor in Music. Highly organized and detailed at work and at home, he also has many hobbies and passions, but tries to fit them all in while completing his licensure exams.
